    Methane mitigation: a powerful ally in climate change battle

    Pursuing all the proposed mitigation measures could slow the global-mean rate of near-term decadal warming by 30%, avoid a quarter of a degree of additional global-mean warming by 2050, and set ourselves on a path to avoid more than half a degree centigrade by 2100.
